How many calories are in a Trifecta meal?


Calorie needs
 can differ from one person to the next, based on activity level, muscle mass, and overall health. Trifecta meals are portion controlled to keep calories within a desirable range for most diets, averaging 350 to 500 calories per meal depending on the plan you choose. All food will have nutritional and calorie information on the label so that you can adjust your intake to meet your fitness goals.

 

We also focus on providing only high quality calories from whole foods and nutrient dense ingredients, by eliminating nearly all added sugar, primarily using healthy, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, and sticking to grass-fed or sustainably-caught proteins.
