All our seafood is caught in its natural environment by fisherman and all our meat enjoys exclusively grass and forage and has continuous indoor-outdoor access to pasture. Studies have shown wild caught and grass-fed proteins have overall lower fat content.

I have tried a few different meal services – from the send ingredients to your house and you cook it, to local premade pick up meals and now Trifecta. Trifecta has been my favorite – they have a wide variety of foods, high quality ingredients, a worldly sense of flavoring and it is all shipped to my house. I am gluten intolerant, so I take comfort in knowing that their food subscription service is Gluten Free. I bounce between Paleo and Clean meal plans. They are both delicious and follow the principles laid out by “Paleo” or “clean” diets. The other huge benefit is they print out the calorie and macro information on the package. Thanks to this I can stick to any of my diet goals. I pick my meal out, add it to my calorie and macro tracker and go on with my day. This makes meal planning so much faster and tastier! Trifecta is perfect because I am someone who values their time and Trifecta provides me with delicious and varied meals that are healthy and save me a lot of time on food prep.
My wife and I have been on the Paleo and Clean meal plans. Trifecta has been such a awesome find. We both work a ton which makes it hard to eat well. We are both active and work out regularly and Trifecta has made life so much easier. We love it and can't see can't going back. It might be a bit expensive, but damn it's worth every penny.
I’m currently on the Clean eating plan. After the first few weeks, I have to say the food has a ton of flavor and is really enjoyable. The variety in flavor also helps so I’m not eating the same stuff week in week out.
My husband and I signed up right before the new year and have not looked back! We love the clean eating meals and have one every night for dinner. We also receive chicken and sweet mashed potatoes each week for lunches. All we have to do is portion them out and our lunches for the week are ready. The clean meals and the al a carte items have saved us so much prep time on the weekends and in the evenings. They taste great and add variety to our diet. We love it!
1 Meal Per Day – You cook a lot! You already have most of your meals planned out but you need a few to supplement your diet.
2 Meals Per Day (Recommended) – You want to be responsible for a meal a day. You trust yourself to do a good amount of healthy cooking and also want some quick and easy meals throughout the week.
3 Meals Per Day – You are busy and don’t want to cook any of your own meals. You want to get shredded quickly with no room for error on your part.
4 Meals Per Day – You are an athlete or a bodybuilder! You spend over an hour exercising every day and you are looking to put on muscle mass.
