What are HSA/FSA accounts and can I use them at Trifecta?

HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) are pre-tax health benefit accounts that may be used to purchase eligible health products. Trifecta has partnered with Truemed to enable qualified customers to use their HSA/FSA funds on eligible purchases. Eligibility depends on individual circumstances and is determined by an independent licensed practitioner after completing a clinical intake form.

Complete the private health survey and then add eligible meals to your cart. At checkout, select HSA/FSA as your payment method and complete your order. A licensed provider will review your survey to determine eligibility. Most eligibility decisions come through within 1-2 hours, but may take up to 12 hours. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Note: The survey must be taken on the same day as your purchase. And, you won't be charged until your HSA/FSA clinician review is completed. If your review isn't approved, the backup card you saved with Truemed will be charged in full so your order still ships on time.
