Our meals arrive deep chilled and for the best taste, we recommend refrigeration rather than freezing.
If you know you won't be able to eat your meals within 7 days we recommend freezing your meals immediately upon delivery.
If you do freeze your meals, you can put them in the fridge a day before you plan on eating them to give them time to thaw. If you're in a bigger hurry, you can thaw the meals under cold running water for about 15-20 minutes. Then you can follow these heating instructions.
