Can Trifecta handle food allergies?

Yes! We offer gluten free, peanut free, dairy free and soy free meal plan options (depending on which plan you choose). 

We have the option for you to filter any allergen and pick the meals that work for you by selecting our brand new MyChoice technology (make sure you select "I'll Pick" when checking out).

If selecting Chef's Choice (meaning, we pick the meals for you week to week), please select any food allergies or preferences on the meal plan before you add it to your cart. Any allergies or preferences (one per account) may result in duplicate meals to avoid those that contain unwanted items. Excluding items doesn't mean we replace the ingredient, instead, we replace the entire recipe to eliminate the risk of any cross-contamination. 

If your diet is extremely strict, we'd suggest checking out Meal Prep or Classic Meals where you can choose the exact foods you want rather than Chef's Choice like the rest of our meal plans.
