If your app has crashed, please contact customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org. There’s a chance it’s happening only to you - so we won’t know there’s a problem unless you report it.
When you reach out to support, please include:
- The email address you used to sign up for Trifecta App account.
- Your device model and OS version.
- Any details that will help us reproduce the issue - such as the last thing you did on the app before it started crashing.
