Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home. Our amazing team of chefs use all organic ingredients. Currently all of our packaging is FDA certified food safe and 100% recyclable. Our goal as a company is to get to 100% biodegradability on all of our packaging within the next 24 months.
We deliver everywhere in the US, once a week on Fridays. Free shipping is included with all orders. You can also update your deliveries to be every other week or once a month. You’ll be notified of your first delivery date upon checkout which may not match the below menu.
We offer a money back guarantee on all of our meals. If you are not 100% satisfied with your first order, you get a full refund up to 10 meals or $119 for a la carte food. Please call customer service at (530) 564-8388 within 10 days of your delivery.
You can exclude up to 2 foods from your meal plan.

The meals you receive may not follow this menu exactly. We commonly do substitutions to use seasonal veggies and promote sustainable practices. Lunch and dinner are interchangeable meals.

Trifecta’s vegan meal delivery service is designed for those of us who have chosen to live a vegan lifestyle. Going vegan is arguably one of the most ethical diets and is great for the planet and your health. For those of you who are new to the vegan diet, it centers around eating whole foods, with a wide variety of vegetables and grains, and when done in a healthy way minimizes processed foods. Vegan also excludes any foods that may have been derived from animal products like dairy, or eggs. In addition to these general guidelines, the vegan diet tends to be very high nutritional value and lower calories than most restaurants and even other meal plans Trifecta offers. At Trifecta we also exclude generally unhealthy elements like high sodium content, MSG, minimizing Saturated Fats like Omega 6, and remaining unprocessed and fresh -- from farm to fork.

As a resident, I was always searching for a quick and healthy meal service. I tried Blue Apron but just didn’t have the time to cook and clean up, and it was also hard to track my macros with them.
