Having a week by week option that is vegan is by far the best experience I’ve had. I choose to limit my amount of animal products and Trifecta has made that so easy with 2 meals a day 7 days a week. Running a big box gym can get crazy but knowing I have solid meal prep on deck is a total life and time saver.
I’m currently on the vegan meal plan and I absolutely love it! Trifecta has taken the hassle out of my meal prep days and given me some incredible meal options in return! Meals that I wouldn’t ever think of making, and I have a background in culinary arts! My favorite meals were the Quinoa Lentil Loaf and ‘Crab Cake’. The granola is also a perfect touch to my smoothies. I talk about Trifecta constantly with my athletic friends and people in my life daily about how much of a difference the meal plan has made in my training and achieving my goals. I definitely recommend Trifecta and rave about it to people constantly. #TrifectaFridays are also my favorite days of the week!
As a resident, I was always searching for a quick and healthy meal service. I tried Blue Apron but just didn’t have the time to cook and clean up, and it was also hard to track my macros with them. That’s when I found Trifecta! I started with the Clean plan but I recently switched to the Vegan meal plan, which is actually pretty great. I was definitely skeptical about being able to sustain this diet with not many vegan options around. What's also surprising is that they are pretty filling as well. I’ve already recommended Trifecta to many of my friends; It’s very convenient and there’s not a single meal I haven’t enjoyed. It’s overall great for my nutrition and it helps me keep my macros where I want them to be without having to do all the prep work and cleaning. I would definitely recommend Trifecta to others!
I love Trifecta, your Vegan meals have really helped keep me well fueled while I train and it’s nice to not have to spend an entire day mixing my own spices and sauces before I meal prep (or meal prep for that matter)!
1 Meal Per Day – You cook a lot! You already have most of your meals planned out but you need a few to supplement your diet.
2 Meals Per Day (Recommended) – You want to be responsible for a meal a day. You trust yourself to do a good amount of healthy cooking and also want some quick and easy meals throughout the week.
3 Meals Per Day – You are busy and don’t want to cook any of your own meals. You want to get shredded quickly with no room for error on your part.
4 Meals Per Day – You are an athlete or a bodybuilder! You spend over an hour exercising every day and you are looking to put on muscle mass.
