Competitive CrossFit athlete, bodybuilder and coach, Taylor Dayne Loyd is a certified badass in the fitness world. Her chiseled physique, impressive strength and gumby-like flexibility make her a noteworthy and aspirational figure for men and women alike. Her motto is to surround yourself with people who are stronger, faster and better than you and rise to their level. Currently she coaches, owns her own gym and continues to compete in various sports. Taylor's diet includes Trifecta a la carte proteins and carbs to fuel the many facets of her fitness-driven life.
Taylor eats A La Carte proteins, carbs and veggies. Here’s why:
The well known “King of Arm Day” tends to focus on Powerlifting style movements but is a very skilled Olympic lifter as well. Bradley does his own programming, and since he is one of the strongest people on the planet, we would not advise anyone to follow his programming specifically, but we do want everyone to know what is included in his diet.
Workout Routine:
Gym owner, coach, mentor and competitor, Taylor is known for setting weekly, monthly and yearly goals and always striving to be better than the day before. Before becoming a competitive athlete, Taylor struggled with wanting to be “skinny,” but she’s come a long way. In the past 11 years, she’s become a role model for women everywhere thanks to her strength, style and perseverance. Taylor packs as much into her life as possible with help from Trifecta’s ready-to-eat a la carte menu, including grass-fed meat, sustainably-caught seafood and organic vegetables.
"Each and every day is a new challenge. Trifecta helps me rise to it.”
