Meal plans are sold by the number of meals per week, up to 28 meals per plan, and subscribers can choose as many plans as they desire. 

For an affordable family option, we recommend shopping our meal prep ingredients. Meal prep ingredients are precooked and can be purchased in bulk to meet the size and appetite of your family. Combine meal prep proteins, vegetables, and grains for family meals.
