We season for taste and nutrition by controlling the amount of some seasoning, like salt, that might negatively affect the nutrition of a dish, while other spices, like turmeric, have healthy properties we don’t shy away from.
We only use the best quality oils like olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil, and season with sea salt and organic spices.
