We use oils sparingly in our meals to keep them as healthy as possible.
When we do use oils, we choose to include the following, avocado, coconut, and olive oil.
The oils we use to create our Keto Meals differ slightly and include sesame, coconut, and extra virgin olive oil.
Trifecta does not add sunflower oil or any seed oil as the main cooking oil for any meal. Sunflower oil is occasionally present as a sub-ingredient within our meals in minimal quantities of less than 2-3%.
Sunflower oil is used by commercial food manufacturers as a coating agent, typically no more than 2% of the total ingredient quantity. This typically equates to a minimal amount of sunflower oil present in a serving size, around 0.4-0.5% per serving.
Meal Prep isn't prepared with any oils with the exception of our Butternut Squash.
