First, you pick a fully prepared meal plan from Keto, Clean, Paleo, Vegan, or Vegetarian

Or check out Classic Meals where you pick and choose from these simple meal prep meals.

Our lowest cost option are A La Carte ready-to-eat proteins, carbs, and vegetables.

Your delivery will arrive on Friday, or Saturday at the latest, and will default to a weekly schedule. You can skip weeks on your account page or you can request that your account be set up on an every other week, every 3rd week, or every 4th week

Anytime you make updates to your account, you'll want to submit them at least 7 days in advance (one Friday before-hand), so that the changes apply to the next payment. This includes changes in your preferences, number of meals, shipping or billing address, cancels or skips.

The meals last 10 days in the refrigerator and 3 months in the freezer. You can heat the meals in a microwave, oven, air fryer, or stove top.

Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only in much larger volume. We know there's more than one way to eat healthy so we prepare meals that fit any diet: KetoPaleoVeganCleanVegetarianClassic and A La Carte. If you need help choosing which ones best for you, just reach out and our Customer Success Heroes would love to help!

1 meal Per Day – You cook a lot! You already have most of your meals planned out but you need a few to supplement your diet. You're already at or close to your goal weight.

2 meals Per Day – You want to be responsible for a meal a day. You trust yourself to do a good amount of healthy cooking and also want some quick and easy meals throughout the week. You need some considerable help getting to your goal weight.

3 meals Per Day (Recommended) – You are busy and don’t want to cook any of your own meals. You want to eat right with no room for error on your part and are ready for a serious commitment.

4 meals Per Day – You have no time to cook and want to get most if not all of your calories from Trifecta.

If you'd like full macro control, A La Carte or Classics may be a better fit than a meal plan.

The meal plans are all chef's choice so you'll receive a variety of new meals each week and you can choose up to two preferences when you add the plan to your cart.

Each week, we adjust our menu to utilize whatever fresh ingredients our farmers have on hand. We also do our best to work with in-season produce. This way, we can keep prices down and honor our commitment to serving you the healthiest possible food. Our chefs constantly rotate, change and add dishes to our menus. So don’t worry – you’ll have plenty of variety to choose from.

With Classic Meals, you can choose each meal and update them as frequently as you'd like.

You are able to skip weeks, pause delivery, or cancel your subscription at any time!
