I started ordering 2 meals a day from Trifecta over a year ago as they were one of the few companies that provided vegetarian meals. I train aggressively and wanted to find a food service that would do the thinking for me. Trying to find the necessary amounts of protein, fats and carbs to support my active lifestyle was just too complicated and i have been hooked since day 1. The variety is fantastic, the taste is awesome and the convenience is superb. I give Trifecta top marks across the board, i have never had any issues and that is a lot of meals over the course of a year.
As a new vegetarian, I’ve been struggling with my nutrition but Trifecta makes it so easy. Trifecta takes all the guesswork out because I know that I’m getting all the nutrients I need in each meal. The meals are absolutely delicious and so convenient! I also can’t say enough about their customer service They are second to none!!

It's hard to describe just how comforting it is to have a stack of Trifecta meals in the refrigerator and freezer. There's always something on hand that I'm in the mood to eat. I love to cook, but I can't always convince my husband and kids to eat quite as healthy as I personally want to. Instead of cooking two dinners, I can reach for a Trifecta meal and have it heated up in minutes. I also often take them to work for lunch. I can manage to throw a meal and a sparkling water in my lunch bag, even at 6am in an un-caffeinated state as I'm heading out the door. I found I was often spending about $10 in the cafeteria anyway, so for about the same price, I have a super healthy, super convenient lunch. And they are delivered to my front porch? Sold!”

1 Meal Per Day – You cook a lot! You already have most of your meals planned out but you need a few to supplement your diet.
2 Meals Per Day (Recommended) – You want to be responsible for a meal a day. You trust yourself to do a good amount of healthy cooking and also want some quick and easy meals throughout the week.
3 Meals Per Day – You are busy and don’t want to cook any of your own meals. You want to get shredded quickly with no room for error on your part.
4 Meals Per Day – You are an athlete or a bodybuilder! You spend over an hour exercising every day and you are looking to put on muscle mass.
We offer a wide variety of meal plans are 100% USDA Organic, unprocessed whole foods. They are all dairy free, gluten free, and soy free. We recommend choosing the plan you can stick to!
