Clean Meals average of 500 calories. Each meal has roughly 38 g protein, 20 g fat, and 42 g carbs per serving.
Keto Meals average of 500 calories. They typically have around 35 g protein, 35 g fat, and 9 g net carbs per serving.
Paleo Meals average of 400 calories. Paleo meals have about 32 g protein, 20 g fat, and 23 g carbs per serving.
Classic Meals average 350 calories. Each meal is around 33g of protein, 7g of fat, and 36g of carbs. Because this meal plan allows you to choose the meals, it has the best macro control.
