How many carbs are in the Trifecta Keto meal plan?

All Keto meals have been carefully crafted to meet the criteria of a ketogenic diet. The average net carbs for all Keto meals is 9g while the average total carb count is 14.15g, meaning there is an average of 5g of dietary fiber in each meal.

Net carbs = total carbs - dietary fiber

Studies have shown, general consumption of less than 30g of net carbohydrates a day will enable the body to enter into a state of ketosis. This, of course, varies from person to person, all based on activity level and health status.

Keto Meals average 615 calories. They typically have around 41g of protein, 52g of fat, and 9g of net carbs.
