Thai Shrimp Noodle Bowl Recipe
Perfect for a refreshing lunch, this sweet and spicy thai shrimp noodle bowl is a delicious healthy recipe to add to your week! First, mix all of the ingredients for the sauce together in a small bowl.
Then, using a skillet, add your Trifecta shrimp and grill until lightly golden.
When the shrimp is heated appropriately, add the sauce to the skillet.
In a pot, bring water to a boil and add the brown rice vermicelli noodles. Cook until noodles are soft (these cook very fast so be careful!)
Add the cooked noodles to a bowl, then top with shrimp, butter lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and cilantro.
Chop or crush peanuts. Add these peanuts to the top of your bowl.
