Quick Shredded Chicken Slider
This recipe is incredibly functional - you can ignore the slider bun portion and create a keto-like chicken salad, or you can make it as is, or toss the chicken with your favorite grain, or even change the chicken for turkey or tuna... Have fun making this recipe and using it as a guideline! Pair it with your favorite chips or Trifecta veggies for a complete meal!
Transfer the pulled chicken from the Trifecta tray to a bowl big enough to comfortably hold the chicken and be able to mix it all.
Add all ingredients except the vegetables into the same bowl with the chicken. Mix with hands (preferably wearing gloves) until chicken and ingredients are fully incorporated. Taste for seasoning and add salt if needed. Keep on the side until needed.
Toast buns until golden brown. Meanwhile, reheat your favorite Trifecta veggies in a microwave-safe bowl.
Plate 1 ounce of chicken per slider, top with minced chives or scallions, and place the top slider bun on top of the chicken mix. Plate ½ cup of vegetables next to the sliders and enjoy a delicious quick meal.
