I created this recipe at the Trifecta's HQ office kitchen - not our test kitchen, but rather the top floor office kitchen. I looked at the fridge, saw the ingredients we had, pulled one Trifecta chicken breast, and smothered the chicken-salad-like concoction in between two slider breads. Why do I share that with you?
