Chicken Pad Thai
We know you are busy and have a limited amount of time to spend meal prepping - that's why you chose Trifecta! In order to help you stay within your health goals, and also include as much flavor into your meal prep, we've created this quick and versatile chicken pad thai.
Cut Trifecta chicken into bite-sized squares, and gather all other needed ingredients.
Prepare noodles as indicated by the package. Drain and keep hot on side.
Melt coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add carrots and broccoli in the pan. Sautee to warm through. Add chicken and saute to warm through. Lastly, add noodles along with pad thai sauce and mix to fully incorporate.
Separate into 4 bowls. Top off with chopped peanuts, bean sprouts, and the fresh-picked cilantro. Enjoy!
