A La Carte proteins come in 4oz portions in the container size you order. Everything is lightly seasoned with a different combination of onion, garlic, parsley, salt or pepper so you can add your own seasoning. A La Carte isn't made with oils or butters, so you can add your own sauces. All proteins and vegetables are baked while the carbs are steamed. The snacks section includes almonds as a fat source; they come in a variety of seasonings as well as plain in 4oz pouches.
