INGREDIENTS
2 oz Trifecta Flat Iron Steak
2 oz Trifecta Shrimp
1/4 cup Trifecta Cherry Tomato
1/4 cup Trifecta Portabello Mushroom
1/4 cup Trifecta Broccoli
2 Tablespoons Chimichurri Sauce (or sauce of your choice)
1/4 each Avocado
INSTRUCTIONS
If making Chimichurri sauce, start by following the instructions in the linked recipe above. Reserve in a container until needed.
Reheat the steak and shrimp according to their individual Trifecta reheating instructions. You can microwave the proteins, but make sure you do this separately - the shrimp will heat up much faster than the steak will.
Reheat the veggies according to the Trifecta reheating instructions.
Plate heated veggies, proteins, and top with chimichurri sauce liberally. Garnish with avocado.
