Steak Gyros with Tzatziki Sauce Recipe
A healthy alternative to a fast food favorite, these delicious gyros are a quick and easy meal for someone on the go!
For the gyros:
For the Tzatziki Sauce:
In a blender, add all of the ingredients for the sauce and blend until smooth.
In a skillet, heat up the Trifecta Flat Iron Steak and saute the onions. Once the desired level of cooked has been met, remove from heat.
Top pita bread with steak, onions, arugula, and tzatziki sauce.
