DESCRIPTION

Easy to make, for a fraction of the cost you would pay at a restaurant, this sweet and spicy ahi tuna sushi bowl is absolutely delicious. Save your money, time, and some additional calories with this recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4oz of Trifecta Brown Rice
  • 1 4oz Cooked Ahi Tuna Steak, or Trifecta Salmon
  • 1 Tbsp Sushi Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp of Low Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tsp of Sriracha
  • 1/4 Cup of Edamame
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/4 Cucumber, sliced
  • Top With Sesame Seeds!

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In the Microwave, heat up the Trifecta rice and Ahi Tuna for 2-3 minutes. Let cool for at least a minute.

  2. In a bowl, mix the tuna, sriracha, and mayonnaise. In a separate bowl, mix the rice with the sushi vinegar.

  3. Add the mixture to the rice bowl. Top with edamame, cucumbers, avocado, and sesame seeds.
