Simple & Healthy Bolognese Sauce
For a quick and delicious homemade sauce, this healthy hack is sure to become a new household staple at dinner time!
In a large sauce pan, heat two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil.
With the oil heated to medium, add diced onion and garlic and saute until onion is soft, then add the carrots and celery with a pinch of salt and saute until carrots are softened.
Add tomato paste, cherry tomatoes, and chopped Trifecta beef to the skillet and stir.
Add chopped basil, oregano, and salt and pepper. Let sauce simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Serve sauce over zoodles or noodles of choice, then top with parsley.
