No Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Brownies

Having a hard time beating the cravings of all of your favorite things while dieting? We know how that feels. Which is why we decided to create a delicous, chocolate chip brownie recipe packed with protein...and to add, it's so easy to make! 

Enjoy them in the morning with coffee or in the evening as dessert, either way, they are a certainly a great way to get your mind off of any chocolate cravings! 

Serve these brownies with:

No Bake Chocolate Chip Protein Brownies

Yield:16 brownies


  • 2 cups oat flour 
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped 
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup almond milk


  1. In large bowl, mix the flour, protein powder and cocoa powder.
  2. In a smaller microwave safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and maple syrup and heat until melted. Add this mixture to the dry mixture and stir together. 
  3. Slowly, add the almond milk to the mixture. 
  4. Add in the chocolate chips, chunks, and walnuts. 
  5. Line a baking pan with non-stick paper and then add the dough to the sheet. 
  6. Even out the dough across the sheet and then refrigerate for 30 minutes. 




Let the protein bars sit for a few minutes outside of the fridge before consuming.
