Sweet and spicy, but yet tender and crunchy, these asian turkey lettuce wraps are absolutely delicious. For a voluminous healthy meal or mid-day snack, these protein packed wraps are sure to satisfy your hunger. 


  • 2 Trifecta Turkey Patties
  • 1 Tsp of Minced Garlic
  • 1 Can of Water Chesnuts
  • 1/2 Cup of White Mushrooms
  • 1 Tsp of Honey
  • 1 Tsp of Siracha
  • 2 Tbsp of Rice Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp of Teriyaki Sauce
  • Shredded Carrots
  • Bean Sprouts
  • 6 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 Tsp of Chopped Peanuts


  1. In a pan, grill the Trifecta turkey burgers and mushrooms. Dice up the turkey burger using a spatula.
  2. After grilling the turkey and mushrooms until lightly brown, add them to a bowl.
  3. In the bowl, add the diced water chestnuts, siracha, honey, teriyaki sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix together.
  4. Add the mixture to the lettuce leaves and top with peanuts, carrots, and bean sprouts.
