Description

Full of rich dark chocolate, these gooey chocolate protein brownies are a perfect healthy dessert alternative. Not only will you save at least 100 calories from these brownies versus a traditional brownie, but you will also get a solid amount of protein from these as well! Ingredients

  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1/2 ripe large avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 dates, pitted
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup cocao nibs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Add all ingredients except cocao nibs into a food processor or blender.
  3. Stir in nibs.
  4. Spread evenly into 9 inch square, pre-greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Let cool in the fridge before serving.
