Baked Chicken Parmesan with Zucchini Pasta
A delicious low-carb meal, this baked chicken parmesan with zucchini noodles is a great way to mix up an old favorite!
First, heat the oven to 425. Then spray a pan with spray butter. In a bowl mix the bread crumbs and Italian seasoning.
Take your chicken breast and spray it with butter and then dip in the bread crumbs.
Bake the chicken for 8 minutes on each side.
Remove the chicken from the oven when crispy golden. Top with reduced-fat parmesan cheese.
Heat the zucchini noodles in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
On a plate, serve the noodles with the chicken parmesan and add the spaghetti sauce. Enjoy!
