Baked Chicken Parmesan with Zucchini Pasta

A delicious low-carb meal, this baked chicken parmesan with zucchini noodles is a great way to mix up an old favorite!  


  • A Bag of Zucchini Noodles
  • Spray Butter
  • 1oz of Bread Crumbs
  • Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Cup of Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 4oz Trifecta Chicken Breast
  • 2 Tsp Reduced Fat Parmesan


  1. First, heat the oven to 425. Then spray a pan with spray butter. In a bowl mix the bread crumbs and Italian seasoning.
  2. Take your chicken breast and spray it with butter and then dip in the bread crumbs.
  3. Bake the chicken for 8 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove the chicken from the oven when crispy golden. Top with reduced-fat parmesan cheese.
  5. Heat the zucchini noodles in the microwave for 3-5 minutes.
  6. On a plate, serve the noodles with the chicken parmesan and add the spaghetti sauce. Enjoy!
