Ingredients

Cauliflower Crust

  • 1 Medium Head Cauliflower
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Mozzarella, Shredded
  • 1/4 Cup Parmesan
  • 1 Teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Pizza Topping

  • 1 Cup of Trifecta Chicken, diced
  • 1/2 Cup of G Hughes Sugar Free BBQ Sauce
  • 3/4 Cup of Mozzarella
  • 1 Red Onion
  • Cut Cilantro (to taste)
  • 1 Cup of Trifecta Green Bell Peppers

Instructions

  1. To make the cauliflower crust you will need to heat the cauliflower up in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Then, blend the cauliflower in a blender (not fully, but until it is a nice crumbled consistency).
  2. Using paper towels, press and dry the cauliflower until it is as dry as it can be.
  3. In a bowl, add the blended cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, parmesan, and seasonings.
  4. Mix all of the ingredients together and then roll onto a pizza pan that has been sprayed thoroughly with non-stick spray.
  5. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Cook the pizza crust for 15 minutes or until golden brown in the oven.
  6. Pull the crust out and add the toppings. Heat for another 5-10 minutes or until the ingredients have melted.
  7. Let cool down for 5 minutes. Cut. Enjoy!
