AT HOME WORKOUTS FOR 5 DAYS OF THE WEEK

Equipment needed: Chair, elevated surface about knee-high you can jump on

Day 1:

100 jumping jacks + 100 Russian twists in a tuck + 100 squats + 25 push ups
Rest 1 minute, repeat for 3 rounds total 

 

Day 4:

Tabata (20s on/10s off), 8 rounds at each exercise:
Tricep dips (use a chair) + Jumping squats + V-ups + Side plank hold (switch sides each round)
