Buying online or from the grocery store often means a lot of plastic waste, but our boxes and packaging are 98% biodegradable! We’ve worked hard to eliminate as much plastic and styrofoam as possible and use the most eco-friendly packaging we could find. The box insulation is made from renewable plant-based components and paper. Plus, we are starting to incorporate ice packs that are made with nitrogen-based plant food. And this is just the beginning! Our goal is to reach 100% biodegradable trays and packaging in the next year.

We source only the highest quality ingredients we can find! Our meals are minimally processed and made with whole foods and organic ingredients whenever possible. We strive to source proteins that are grass-fed, pasture-raised, sustainably caught, and antibiotic-free.

Trifecta meal delivery produces zero food waste. All meals are cooked to order - meaning we only source the exact amount of ingredients we need each week. And when we do have leftover food, all those healthy ready-made meals are delivered to Feeding America to support hunger relief.

How does your meal quality compare to other meal delivery services?

Our meals are made from scratch by professional chefs using real, organic ingredients (you will recognize everything on the ingredients list). We have heard thousands of times that our food is hands down the best in the industry.

Where and when do you deliver?

We ship everywhere in the United States for $9.99 to all states except Alaska and Hawaii. AK and HI ship for $49.99. We ship once a week on Fridays, with some Saturday deliveries. You can also update your deliveries to be every other week, once every 3 weeks, or once a month. You can skip deliveries when you’re out of town or turn off your account any time – just give us one weeks’ notice.

How are the meals prepared?

Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only a much larger volume by professional chefs. Our amazing team of chefs uses organic ingredients, grass-fed meat, and wild-caught seafood whenever possible.

Is there cooking involved?

No, the meals come fully prepared and vacuum-sealed, so they’ll stay fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days or 3 months in the freezer. You can heat the food in the air-fryer, oven, microwave, or on the stove top.
