We provide a variety of fully cooked meal options for customers to choose from that match their ideal dietary and lifestyle goals from paleo, keto, vegan, and clean eating. We ship weekly, nationwide for free.

We provide a full diet ecosystem, including a top 30 smartphone app, a industry leading diet program, and a variety of fully-cooked meal options for customers to choose from that match their ideal dietary and lifestyle goals from paleo, keto, vegan, and clean eating. We ship weekly, nationwide for free.

This is a full-time, exempt, and salaried role with company benefits and stock options. We offer a competitive salary in a growth focused & collaborative team environment. Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the operations of the organization to meet business goals and projections

Empower the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiatives including demand planning, supply chain, production, QA, fulfillment, and innovation

Measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators including internal fill rate, product quality rating, 3rd party logistics delivery rate, biodegradability of packaging and supply chain pricing                                 

Establish policies that promote company culture and vision

Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures

Constant communication with leads of production and fulfillment teams

Project manage the release of new products and rescind un-successful products

Implement process improvement through the entire supply chain

Oversee the reconciliation of orders daily with kitchen manager to ensure fulfillment accuracy

Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics

Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)

Manage relationships with partners/vendors

Research and resolve any trends in customer issues with assistance from various departments

Participate in continuous communication with kitchen operations and relay all information to management and sales team

Requirements

Familiarity with the operational procedures at all levels of the organization

Hands on experience in food manufacturing, supply chain, CPG, and ERP

Demonstrated excellence in relationship and vendor management

BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus

Ability to communicate vision to board of directors, other executive level officers and company employees

10+ years of industry experience in leadership positions

Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure

In-depth knowledge of different business functions such as Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR,  etc.

Process improvement and problem-solving mindset
