1. ELIGIBILITY AGREEMENT TO RULES

This giveaway is open only to those individuals who sign up at the online giveaway page or are automatically entered pursuant to the terms and conditions of Trifecta, Inc.’s meal subscription service and who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The giveaway is only open to legal residents of the United States of America and District of Columbia (not open to residents of the state of Rhode Island) and is void outside of the United States, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, other United States territories and possessions, and void where prohibited by law. Employees of Trifecta, Inc. (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Trifecta, Inc., as final and binding as it relates to the content.

3. GIVEAWAY ENTRY PERIOD

Entries will be accepted online starting on or about Apr 28, 2023 and ending Apr 30, 2023. All entries must be received by 11:59PM PST on the day of each giveaway.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Trifecta Giveaway must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on the Trifecta, Inc. website here https://www.trifectanutrition.com/regan. The entry must fulfill all identifying information requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win the prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Trifecta, Inc. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Trifecta, Inc.

5. PRIZES

The winner will receive one month of Trifecta food and a bonus prize from a partner. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1000. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award.  Any difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual value of the Prize will not be awarded. The specifics of the prize including bonus prize details will be decided by the partner/sponsor. Winner agrees to accept the Prize ‘as is’ and entrants hereby acknowledge that Trifecta, Inc. is not in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee relative to the Prize.  Additional terms and conditions may apply to bonus prizes for which Trifecta, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any cancellations, losses, or damages. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner must provide Trifecta, Inc. with a valid Social Security or taxpayer identification number before prize will be awarded.  A Form 1099 will be issued to the Grand Prize Winner. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Trifecta, Inc. to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners of the Giveaway will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries collected during the Entry Period taking place on or about Apr 28, 2023 to midnight Apr 30, 2023 at Trifecta, Inc.’s principal place of business. The drawing will be conducted by Trifecta, Inc., whose decisions and interpretations on all matters relating to the Giveaway and these Official Rules are final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection.  Trifecta, Inc. shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within seven (7) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this giveaway is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Trifecta, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Giveaway. In such case, Trifecta, Inc. may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Trifecta, Inc.
