You will earn points by using the Trifecta app to log your daily progress throughout the 90-Day challenge.
A challenger MVP will be selected each week based on overall engagement, hard work, and progress tracked. You can earn up to 2550 points and achieve different levels of milestones.
Here are a few ways you can earn points:
- Log your food: 10 pts/day
- Log your mood: 1pt/day
- Log your workout: 2 pts/day
- Log your 6+ hours of sleep: 2 pts/day
- Log weight: 3 pts/day
- Post progress picture: 5 pts/day
- Log water intake: 5 pts/day
- Rate the app: 300 pts/once
