Mario has developed a unique set of skills that combine both world-wide recognized classic-culinary training and up-to-date nutrition knowledge, by completing a four year B.S. Degree in Culinary Nutrition (a Didactic Program in Dietetics) accredited by ACEND of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics at Johnson & Wales University. Since then, he has worked with NCAA D1 sports teams, like the Cornell Wrestling program, and has worked at top Forbes recognized companies like EXOS as the sous chef. Similarly, he possesses a wide range of restaurant experience, including fine dining experience within the Michelin star world. Mario's vision of standing in the gap of where food and health care today, and where they get to be tomorrow, constantly drive him in combining his passions for food and nutrition, to bridge that gap, and create unique and unheard of opportunities.
