Demand Generation Manager

Trifecta is the largest organic meal delivery service in the US based in Sacramento, California in a brand new penthouse office in the DOCO Center Downtown. We provide a variety of fully cooked meal options for customers to choose from that match their ideal dietary and lifestyle goals from paleo, keto, vegan, and clean eating. We ship weekly, nationwide for free.

The Demand Generation Manager would oversee the Demand Generation team - the primary team responsible for short term return on investment, while supporting long term growth within the marketing department.

  • Oversee the content team including: paid media, social media, promotional email content, athletes/influencers
  • Creating a long term marketing strategy with measurable milestones and KPIs
  • Focusing on targeted marketing programs to drive awareness, interest and ultimately conversion on Trifecta’s products and/or services
  • Monitoring initiatives and campaigns using data analysis software
  • Collaborating with other team leaders within the marketing department to ensure timely request and delivery of assets
  • Recognizing conversion optimization opportunities on our digital assets and using A/B or multivariate testing techniques to establish best practices
  • Distilling high level marketing campaign initiatives into tasks and responsibilities 
  • Strategic ideation and iteration of campaigns and tactics at every stage of the marketing funnel
  • Collaborating with external vendors, partners and sponsors to improve messaging and partnership opportunities with Trifecta
  • All other duties as assigned



  • 5-7 years of relevant digital marketing experience
  • Experience building and effectively managing a fast-growing team of individual contributors
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • D2C or B2C industry experience
  • Experience in paid media including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic Ad Buying
  • Experience in promotional email marketing and conversion-focused copywriting
  • Professional experience working in marketing or advertising
  • Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience on marketing platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot a plus
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be available to work with flexible hours outside of normal business hours
