Note that the macro breakdown only applies to the specific type of food it’s referencing. Additional macronutrients from other foods are NOT counted, i.e. the protein in the oatmeal does not count towards the protein total.

After struggling with her own body image, Dana Linn Bailey dug deep and found personal confidence in who she is.
