Trifecta is the largest organic meal delivery service in the US based in Sacramento, California in a brand new penthouse office in the DOCO Center Downtown. We provide a variety of fully cooked meal options for customers to choose from that match their ideal dietary and lifestyle goals from paleo, keto, vegan, and clean eating. We ship weekly, nationwide for free.

Job Profile:

The Account Executive is the driving force ensuring that customers love our products. This includes activities in the entire lifecycle of the customer including acquisition, retention, reactivation, and support. The role will include communicating with customers via email, phone, and live chat (no cold calling!). Customer Success works directly with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to improve the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

  • - Assist prospective and current  customers with their requests via phone,  email, and chat 
  • - Educate and consult customers on best practices on  how to use Trifecta’s products and website
  • - Gather information and develop solutions for existing customers that are at risk of turning off Trifecta services
  • - Addresses complaints with the goal of increasing satisfaction and securing renewals or saves
  • - Collect and manage product feedback from customers to share with our product team and participate in conversations advocating for an improved customer experience 
  • - Contribute to team initiatives, including the creation of knowledge, processes and tools to improve the efficiency and productivity of Trifecta  customer success 
  • - Collaborate with peers on best practice and procedures
  • - Troubleshoot account setup, policy, and technical issues and coordinate with the development team on support cases
  • - Participate in continuous nutrition education as well as educate our customers on nutrition knowledge
  • - All other duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • - 2+  years in customer success, retention or sales at tech companies, ideally in SaaS or B2C offerings
  • - Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue growth, with a focus on retention
  • - Solid understanding of technology and cloud-based web applications
  • - Experience working with a sales platform like. Salesforce.com
  • - Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • - Comfort with a rapidly evolving work environment; with experience in taking initiative
  • - Desire to work on a saves team to enhance customer experience vs cold calling/prospecting new customers
  • - Desire to work some weekends and have 2 week days off a month
  • - Experience:  Relevant: 2 years (Preferred)
  • - Inside/Outside Sales: 2 years (Required)
  • - Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
  • - Location: Sacramento, CA (Required)
  • - Work authorization: United States (Required)
