SHRIMP RECIPES THAT WILL CHANGE DIETING FOREVER

As many of you know, our shrimp is back in action. Sure you've seen it in our meals every now and then, reminding you of the good ole' days when you could purchase our shrimp 2lbs at a time. Well, now you can! Our beloved fan favorite is here for the long haul and we couldn't be more excited to roll it out just in time for summer!

Since it has already been a huge hit just within the first couple days of the re-launch, we decided to provide you will some Bubba Gump approved recipes to spice up the party. Enjoy!

SHRIMP RECIPES

GARLIC SHRIMP WITH ZUCCHINI NOODLES

GARLIC SHRIMP WITH ZUCCHINI NOODLES

Serves 2!!

Calories (per serving): 176.5

Macronutrients: Protein: 43g Fats: 7g Carbs: 3g

WHAT YOU NEED: 

  • 2 Medium Zucchinis
  • 3/4 lb of Trifecta Shrimp 
  • 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil 
  • 1 Lemon (for juice)
  • 3-4 Cloves of Garlic
  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Salt & Pepper

First, spiralize the zucchini. Set aside. In a skillet, add the olive oil and lemon juice at medium heat. When the pan is warm, heat up the shrimp for one minute per side or until slightly golden. Add in the garlic and pepper flakes, and zucchini noodles and toss for 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

BAJA SHRIMP ROLLS

Serves 4!!

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1lb Trifecta Shrimp
  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1 Medium Cucumber, chopped
  • 2 Large Avocados
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 3 cups of Trifecta rice

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and ginger to form the sauce. Heat a skillet over medium, lightly oil the pan, then add the sliced bell peppers and shrimp to the pan. Sautee until slightly golden and soft. Add the sauce into the pan. Cook lightly.

Heat up the Trifecta rice in the microwave for 2-3 minutes or until cooked. Then using a cup, place a serving of rice at the bottom, stack with a serving of the shrimp and bell peppers, then top with avocado and diced cucumbers. With each layer of the stack make sure you are using a spoon to press down the layers. Once all layers have been added, flip the cup over. Enjoy!

SHRIMP, KALE, FETA, & CORN SALAD

Serves 4!!

WHAT YOU NEED: 

For the Base:

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 5 Ears of Corn (cut corn from the cob)
  • 1 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Kale
  • Feta Topping 

For the Shrimp:

  • 1 lb Trifecta Shrimp
  • 3/4 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt and Pepper

For the Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 Lime

In a skillet, heat up the oil and add the corn that has been cut from the cob. Cook over medium until the corn is cooked. Remove from heat. Then add in the kale and tomatoes. In another skillet, add the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder to the pan. Then add the Trifecta shrimp and lightly brown on both sides. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To make the dressing for the salad, just mix together all of the ingredients and add to the top of the salad! Squeeze the lime on the salad. Top the salad with feta cheese. Enjoy!

Bubba Gump Shrimp

CRISPY SHRIMP BURGERS

Serves 4!!

Calories (per serving): 139.5

Macronutrients: Protein: 30.25g Fats: 4.5g Carbs:5g

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 lb Trifecta Shrimp
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • ⅛ Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ Cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

First, chop up half of the shrimp. Add the chopped shrimp to a bowl and set off to the side. Using a food processor or blender, blend the shrimp, garlic and chopped up cilantro. Mix until you get a smooth paste. Take the paste out of the blender/processor and add it to the bowl with the chopped up shrimp.
Next, add all the rest of the ingredients (minus the olive oil). Mix until even. Take the mixture and divide it into four patties. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium and add the burgers. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and golden on each side. 

Serve with a bowl of rice, lettuce wrap, or anything you desire!
