Mastering in Nutrition
I’m a nutrition student, ironically and I have a super crazy schedule. So I try to do the school work during the day and I go to work at night. With planning that kind of stuff (dieting) it makes life very difficult. I used to do Green Chef and all that and I always found myself not cooking the food and I couldn’t get around to it.

It truly is frustrating when you think you’re doing all the right things and the body fat just doesn’t budge!!! I was looking for a meal plan that would fit my schedule and having organic food was something I put very heavy value into. I’m also gluten-free and dairy-free so I’m also very paleo.
Getting The Results She Wanted

I've been with Trifecta since September of last year and I love it, it makes meal planning easy and I don’t have to think about it. Shedding Off Stubborn Weight

I do the paleo meal plan, I love it, it has so much variety, I’m never bored. You get so many different proteins, some chicken, turkey, beef, fish, its whatever you’re in the mood for that night. Vs if you are meal prepping for yourself and you eat the same thing everyday for a week you really will get bored and fall off the wagon. With the variety, I feel I’ve been able to stick with it.
