POST GUIDES

Instagram

What works:

  • Well lit images- Make sure you have adequate light, preferrably natural light, especially when dealing with food. Avoid filters on food.
  • In Focus- Nobody appreciates a photo  that looks like mushy pixels. Make sure it's in focus.
  • Keep it fun: People love to connect with people they follow. Showcase your personality. Smile and don't be afraid to use abstract angles to keep it interesting.

 Facebook

What works:

  • Keep it Real- Real life photos, motivational quotes and statements, as well as friends and family boast well for Facebook fans.
  • Talk from the heart- There's fakery everywhere. Try  to tell fb fans about your genuine experiences with Trifecta.
  • Repost: If Trifecta or someone else you know post something you like, repost it. Networking is the name of the game here!

Twitter

What works:

  • Short and Sweet- Obviously Twitter only allows 180 characters, so making sure your tweets are concise and capture your personality will be key.
  • Get Witty- With so many things to read on the internet these days, making sure your tweets are memorable and relateable is the best way to gain traction. Love fitness? tell them! Ex: I lift because I love my body. And donuts. I love donuts.
  • Repost: Again, networking is the name of the game here. Retweeting things your audience can relate to and want to repost is good practice.

Posting video of real life tips, and motivation tend to get good reception. Photos do well also but honestly, twitter is best for the personal interaction. So focus on meaningful text but...most importantly, know and stay in communication with your audience. You should know them better than anyone else, so your feed should stay interesting and advantageous for your audience to continue supporting you.
